Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

  4. Your consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
  5. Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.
